T he conference fee consists of the registration fee, two-nights accommodation (double rooms and a limited number of single rooms are available) and full board fee. Registration fee includes conference materials, overhead costs, admission to all conference sessions and coffee-break refreshments, welcome party, friendship party and social programme.

*Registration fee for PhD. students is 155 €, total costs in case of double room 255 €.
**For single room extra fee is 60 €, total costs 340 €.
***For accompanying persons total fee is 150 € (will be paid in cash at the registration desk).

Financial details

The conference fee should be paid before April 30, 2015 by bank transfer, only exceptionally at the registration desk (must be consulted with the organizers).
For payment realised after April 30 the registration fee will be increased by 30 EUR.
Bank account number will be posted in the second announcement as well as on the web site. Each participant obtains an invoice at the registration desk.



After bank transfer you have booked the full board (June 24th to 26th) and two-night accommodation (June 24th and 25th) automatically. Please submit the information about executing a bank transfer to the conference administrator apcom[at] immediately.
